There will be no nationwide car show parade in 2026!

If one moment could be highlighted - and most importantly erased - as the biggest negative in F1 history, it would definitely be the "car presentation" held in London before the season.

Which, thank goodness, we no longer have to endure, as the F1 overlords and the teams have decided together that the 2025 show was a one-time event solely for the anniversary and will not automatically be part of the race calendar in the future.

The decision is justified by stating that - although the presentation was a "huge success", it significantly disrupts the logistical processes and wouldn't fit into the schedule. Moreover, 2026 brings serious regulatory changes, with completely new cars being built with new engines, and more preseason tests being organized for them - for this reason alone, the London antics wouldn't work.

We would just quietly note that Formula 1 is a truly European sport, not an American hot dog & popcorn spectacle. No more American tracks are needed, no more simplistic shows, but much more real racing is required, with even more excitement, while preserving the true traditions! Liberty Media should rather think about this, not about a sprint weekend sponsored by Arabs on the dark side of the moon...
