Chinchero is likely not speaking nonsense; as a local, he knows well the temperament of the Tifosi and the Italian people in general. He is not alone in his concern:

"The Scuderia Ferrari fans in Italy have been eagerly awaiting the moment when Lewis Hamilton will get into a red car from the very first moments. I honestly can't imagine what awaits us in Maranello and Fiorano. There will be an incredible number of people on the streets, which poses a security risk in some sense. The local police are not at ease, which I completely understand; they will have a serious challenge ahead of them. Of course, this is not surprising; the media has played a big role in this, and not just the automotive/motorsport magazines.

The mainstream media is constantly occupied with Hamilton, which has skyrocketed the already significant interest..." - said Chinchero.
