Undoubtedly, the fact of this divisive team switch could really benefit the 2025 season, which promises to be much spicier than the previous two. Horner likely senses this as well, as he commented on the big rival's big catch:

“I saw a few pictures of him in a Ferrari suit, and what can I say, I think he looks really good in it! And let’s not forget that this move, Lewis's transfer, is great news for the entire Formula 1 World Championship. Hamilton in a Ferrari, this really shakes things up! It adds more color to the dynamic, which is already exciting in itself. I think four teams can be very good and competitive; I believe the battle will be quite close. McLaren is on the rise, and I am sure Scuderia Ferrari will be strong as well, and Mercedes wants to prove itself too. So this could be a wonderful season, please place your bets!” - praised and joked at the same time the team leader of Red Bull Racing.
